By accessing this website and/or using our services, it is implied that you agree to the terms and conditions hereinafter listed.

Refund Policy

1. This website sells digital streaming and download content. Reasonable effort is applied to make sure the content is representative of the actual, however individual satisfaction is not guaranteed by us.

a. The only Guarantee we provide is the delivery of said digital points which has an automatic process but in the event points (crushes) are not automatically allotted to your account, please contact [email protected] with your order ID.

b. Digital membership points (Darksteels) once allotted successfully and utilized to unlock content cannot thereafter be refunded in the event that unlocked content does not satisfy individual customer preference.

c. Reports of Fraudulent chargebacks after purchase of Digital Points(Darksteels) and Content unlocking or otherwise will result in termination/suspension of your membership and blockage of your payment method at our site.

d. Failure of payment due to any restrictions placed by your Credit Card provider or Bank will not entitle a member/subscriber to allotment of digital points.

Revision Policy

1. From time to time, we may revise this Agreement. We reserve the right to do so, and you specifically agree that we have this unilateral right.

a. You agree that all modifications or changes to this agreement are in force immediately upon posting. The updated or edited version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting, and the prior version is of no continuing legal effect unless the revised version specifically refers to the prior version and keeps the prior version or portions thereof in effect.

b. To the extent any amendment of this Agreement is deemed ineffective or invalid by any court, the parties intend that the prior, effective version of this Agreement be considered valid and enforceable to the fullest extent.

CONTENT STORAGE

This website provides streaming services for unlocked content so that customers may access their purchases anywhere they have access to the internet, however we advise customers to download and save a copy of their purchase externally. Website admins are not liable for loss of content data or fraud or otherwise reasons. Content once purchased, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Note – For all your purchased content, you will receive support for upto 1 week post purchase/unlock, not beyond, we do not have the resources to retroactively support thousands of purchases.
